If you are an excellent runner and looking to increase speed or distance or it’s simply time for an improvement to overall performance, now is the time for your evaluation!
Your initial assessment will include a thorough running evaluation where you’ll be filmed on a treadmill and analyzed for alignment, tempo and ease. This evaluation focuses on the mobility and strength in the chest, hips, knees and ankles. Upon review of your film and some basic exercises, we will build a plan tailored to your specific needs.

Initial Evaluation – $155
Your new client session will last approximately an hour. We will perform your initial evaluation, and I will walk you through a set of exercises to introduce you to the muscles and joints that we’ll need to focus on to meet your goals. At the end of our first session we will outline a plan specific to your needs. Plans can be organized both within the studio and via an online platform or a combination of both based on each person’s individual goals. Plans range in price based upon use of studio time and the online platform. Please contact me for more information!
